Working closely with co-founder and three-time World Surfing Champion John John Florence, VEIA develops and continually refines traction pads, surf leashes, board bags and travel accessories through testing and feedback from its team of surfers.

Rather than adding unnecessary complexity or weight, VEIA's approach is centred on durability, quality materials and functional design. The brand describes its development process simply: build, test, improve and repeat, refining details ranging from leash cuffs and connectors to traction profiles, zippers and the positioning of pockets on its surfboard bags.

VEIA Traction Pads, Leashes & Surfboard Bags

VEIA traction pads are developed for control and connection with the board, with different designs available for round tails, squash tails, fish shapes and front decks. The range includes the Explorer collection alongside performance-oriented JJF Pro and Pro Series designs developed with surfers including John John and Ivan Florence.

VEIA also offers surf leashes for different boards and conditions, ranging from everyday Explorer and JJF Pro models to heavier leashes intended for more powerful surf and big-wave use.
