O'Neill's current wetsuit technology includes several generations of its TechnoButter material, while models such as the Hyperfreak Fire and Psycho Tech combine highly flexible construction with additional thermal protection.

The latest Hyperfreak Fire uses TechnoButter 4 (TB4) technology, including recycled yarns enhanced with graphene fibres, while O'Neill's Psycho Tech range uses TB4 Firewall technology with additional insulation through the chest and back.
